Is the in-home estimate really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation for an in-home estimate anywhere in our service area. We measure, look at the subfloor, talk through species and finish options, and leave you with a written price.
How long does the visit take?
Usually 30 to 45 minutes for a typical house. Larger jobs, stairs, or anything involving moisture testing over a slab can take longer. We work around your schedule, including early mornings.
Do I need to decide on a floor before you come out?
No. Most people have not decided yet, which is exactly why we bring samples. If you have been to the showroom and taken samples home, bring the ones you like to the visit and we will work from those.
What do you need from me before the visit?
Rough square footage if you know it, the age of the house, and access to the rooms involved. Photos help a lot — you can attach them to this form.
