West Coast Floor Company is in the process of collecting reviews directly from customers. Until those are published here, the company’s reviews can be read on its profiles at the platforms it is listed on. No ratings are shown on this site that have not been verified.

How this page works
Why the numbers here are conservative
Plenty of contractor sites carry a five-star badge with no indication of where it came from. This one does not, for three reasons.
- We do not reprint other platforms’ reviews. Google, Yelp, Angi and the BBB all prohibit republishing review text. Where we have permission we quote a customer directly; otherwise we link out.
- We do not mark up ratings we did not collect. Search engines only allow star-rating markup on reviews gathered by the site itself. Applying it to a borrowed average is a common cause of a manual penalty.
- Platform figures carry a date. A rating with no “checked on” date is a number with no shelf life.
